The redesigned Top500Guide.com doesn’t just feature vast amounts of new e-commerce data. It also features new and intuitive functions that make retrieving data for desired reports faster and easier. These functions include:

Select Another Guide: Allows subscribers to move quickly and easily between three separate databases for 2011 e-commerce information (Top 500, Second 500 and Top 500 Europe) and to access archival data from three previous editions of the Top 500 Guide (2008 through 2010)

Filter Companies: With easy-to-use drop-down menus, subscribers can filter the e-merchants they wish to analyze using up to 166 filters that categorize e-retailers by merchant type, merchandise specialty, location, size, and scores of financial and operational metrics.
 
Customize Your View: Lets subscriber see the precise type of e-commerce data what to  retrieve on the web retailers they have selected. Subscribers can choose among 181 different data element to create their own custom reports and rankings, which can be easily stored in their report library for reuse.
 
Popular Reports: Need a general report on key e-commerce metrics contained in the 2011 editions of the Top 500, Second 500 or Top 300 Europe and don’t have time to customize one? The new Top500Guide.com database has pre-set Popular Reports which access the most frequently requested data, such as how all Top 500 retailers compare by online sales and other basic measurements.
Need Additional Help: New buttons are located throughout the merchant selection and data retrieval process which succinctly explain how each function and feature in that process operates.

Navigation Bar: With our simple and easy to use left-hand navigation column subscribers find all web merchants grouped into 18 major categories, each with unique sub-categories. In some categories, a slider tool that lets subscribers data ranges they wish to see, such as viewing only e-retailers whose sites attract at least 1 million unique visitors per month. In other filter categories, such as Marketing, Customer Service or Web Site Features & Functions, subscribers check boxes to identify or filter, for example, only e-retailers whose sites offer customer reviews. Either function allows you to select as many criteria as you need.

Vendors and Executives:
The Executive Listings section of Top500Guide.com includes name, title and affiliation of all Top 500 retail executives. Subscribers use this page to identify peers or prospects. With this tool, subscribers can view executive listings by company and name. The Vendors section allows users to sort vendors by the retailers they serve and the types of technology and services that they provide.
Search Data: Type a keyword into the search box and the results will display where that keyword is mentioned in any of 1,300 e-retailing company profiles.

Search Vendors by e-commerce solution categories and by company name to determine which top 1,300 web retailers use a particular vendor (and how the total web sales those e-retailers generate) or to obtain the entire major client list a selected vendor.
